Unfortunately, they were found and prematurely released by Queen Nehellenia of the Dead Moon Circus.
The Sailor Quartet rested in the Amazon Jungle awaiting the day they would protect their princess, Sailor Chibi Moon. In the time after Naoko Takeuchi wrote Sailor Moon, Ceres has been re-categorized again - this time as a dwarf planet. In this time they were considered proper planets before many other asteroids were discovered forcing their status as planets to be reevaluated. They were found at the start of the 1800s and it was 38 years until another was found. The members of the quartet are Sailor Guardians of the first four Asteroids discovered in the Solar System: Ceres, Pallas, Juno, and Vesta.
